新加坡在国内有招生代理处，看高考成绩。正规的报名代理好像没录取不收费（只收行政费）。可以参考国大的网站：http://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/apply/international/admissionreq/BYA-admissionreq.html
Applicants presenting the PRC National College Entrance Examination or Gao Kao may apply to the University with evidence of exceptional Gao Kao scores and strong proficiency of the English language. 他是新加坡PR，我想了解的是PR可以直接过来读大学吗
SPR有中国高考成绩申请国大，视为本地申请者，不占国际学生名额。但是具体要多少分才够就不知道了，国大一般对中国学生除看高考分数，还会SHORT LIST一些再考试面试。据说高考分数不低于清华北大的分数。
但是你的情况因为算本地申请者，要求会不会降低一些，这就不太清楚了，完全视招生办和各院系自己掌控。
