听朋友说利率不高想换配套,1年多前签的DBS锁定3年利率,打给银行说想做re-pricing,1500块的罚款+500块的新配套费。最后磨了一次500刀省掉了。算算还是别动了。难道在绑定期间换配套要交1500刀罚款吗?没法威胁换银行,如果换银行,律师费要补上他们出的那部分。
求解答1500刀算是违约费吗?必须出吗?磨了两次磨不下来啊。
