请问 如果直接跟租户延期一年而不通过中介，IRAS会危险吗？
有啥危险？
我连租约都是直接和租户签的，并未通过中介
多谢 需要租户拿租约去IRAS stamp吗？ 自己做的租约？
公寓来的 如果不找中介可以省下半个月租金， 租户也高兴
我的租户不愿意去stamp, 我也没强求。到目前为止（快两年了），都没问题。
你照原租约做份新的就行了贝。干吗给中介赚这钱？
让租户去stamp一下更保险，费用也不高。
问题是 ：原来的合约可能有个条款是再续约是要再付中介费。
