如何才算HDB First-timer?

请问如何才算HDB First-timer?如果拿了HDB grant买过resale flat就不算First-timer了吗?


拿了津贴的二手房,也算一次。

不能拿过津贴,对呀。可是楼主说的是,拿过了津贴的啦。拿过津贴的二手房,算一次买房子,这哪里不对呢?

是的。正确。米版和我对LZ问题理解有偏差噢。

First timer资格只有买BTO才有意义,在HDB网站里提到first timer都是讲在申请买BTO的。而买resale时是没有first timer这个概念的。

所以,我的理解是LZ曾经买过resale时拿过津贴了,问再买BTO时还有没有First timer资格。

“拿过津贴的二手房,算第一次买房”这样说法不准确,因为买resale时是没有first timer这个概念的。准确说应该是:拿津贴买二手房后就丧失了以后买BTO的first timer资格。

楼主拿过津贴了,是second timer.


楼主要买BTO不仅算第二次买房,而且如果把之前的二手房卖了的话,政府要收resale levy,记得4房要收4W。。。。

简而言之,就是2房式还1.5万。3房式还3万,4房式还4万,5房式还4.5万。EM5万。EC5万5.看你卖的是几房式的二手组屋。房型越大,还得越多。

那请问米版,没有拿过津贴买resale的算一次吗?


为何是两次机会呢?

因为政府要帮忙国人掘到第一桶金。。


哇塞,出来混迟早要还的,HDB说拿了GRANT迟早要还的!哈哈
