不能拿过津贴,对呀。可是楼主说的是,拿过了津贴的啦。拿过津贴的二手房,算一次买房子,这哪里不对呢？

是的。正确。米版和我对LZ问题理解有偏差噢。
First timer资格只有买BTO才有意义，在HDB网站里提到first timer都是讲在申请买BTO的。而买resale时是没有first timer这个概念的。
所以，我的理解是LZ曾经买过resale时拿过津贴了，问再买BTO时还有没有First timer资格。
“拿过津贴的二手房,算第一次买房”这样说法不准确，因为买resale时是没有first timer这个概念的。准确说应该是：拿津贴买二手房后就丧失了以后买BTO的first timer资格。

楼主拿过津贴了，是second timer.
楼主要买BTO不仅算第二次买房，而且如果把之前的二手房卖了的话，政府要收resale levy，记得4房要收4W。。。。

那请问米版，没有拿过津贴买resale的算一次吗？
为何是两次机会呢？
因为政府要帮忙国人掘到第一桶金。。
