个人经历：2周前因临时需要申请而上网抢预约，连续3天观察发现基本每天都会放出第二天的slot，但放出时间不定，而且通常数分钟内就被抢光，看你运气了。想周六去的话，周五试试看。Good luck～

我3月底预约，只预约到了5月28号的，然后我每天都去看，结果就改到了4月2号，ICA应该都会有额外的名额，而且我昨天去，大厅都没什么人，我10分钟就办完了，你就耐心点，每天上网看，一般都可以提前啦
直接email:[email protected]. 提供原因（as in你为什么想要提前，通常可以用需要出国之类的当借口）。让后request for the earliest availabe time slot。
