我找到一段，可是这个Flag Day 是8月7日啊，怎么这么早就开始收钱啊？
On NUSSU Flag Day, students of NUS go around Singapore to garner donations from the public for various charity beneficiaries. The purpose of such an event is to allow students to play their part as members of this community, while at the same time, lend a helping hand to the less fortunate of the society. This year, Flag Day will be held on the 7 August 2012.
