新国政策说是国外有房产的不能买hdb，或者买了hdb要在半年之内卖掉国外房产，那要是夫妻一方有房，另一方带孩子买hdb，这样可以避免这个问题吗？？求高人指点
但是离婚可以
HDB买组屋的Public Scheme如下：
You, the applicant and;
– your spouse, and children (if any)
– your parents, and siblings (if any)
– your children under your legal custody, care and control (for widowed/ divorced)
只有离婚或者丧偶的才能带孩子买。。。HDB聪明着呢
occupier 也是不可以有海外房产！
我就是深受此条例之苦。
