HDB第一次invite选房要带HLE吗？因为HLE只有三个月的有效期，申请不用又过期了，谢谢
选房时不用HLE！签Agreement for Lease时才要HLE！
Documents to prepare and bring：
Registration & Selection
You will have to bring along the following documents of all persons listed in the application for verification and registration of the application:
Identity Cards
Birth Certificates of your children: for proof of relationship
Passport for Non-citizens to verify residential status in Singapore
Income documents for assessment of income ceiling to buy a flat
Income documents for assessment of income ceiling if taking Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG) or Special Housing Grant (SHG)
Signing of Agreement for Lease
You must bring the original copy of the following documents of all persons listed in the application form for verification:
Identity Cards. If you are employed by SAF/Civil Defence/Police Force, you must provide a certified true copy of your Singapore pink/blue identity card from your Personnel Department on the appointed date.
Birth Certificates of your children if they are below 15 year old, or if you are buying the flat under the Third Child Priority Scheme
Passport, entry, re-entry permit for Non-citizens
Marriage Certificate, if you apply under the Fiance/Fianceé Scheme. This is to verify marital status if you have solemnised your marriage
A Valid HLE Letter or a Letter of Offer from bank if you need a housing loan.
Latest CPF Statement(s) if you are presently a CPF Board’s employee
If your UI Number is different from your CPF Account Number, you are advised to call the CPF Board to update the Account Number before the appointment date. Otherwise, you can inform us of the CPF Account number during the appointment date.
Power of Attorney if you are unable to attend the appointment personally, e.g. overseas, the attorney representing you must bring the following:
1 certified true copy by the solicitors; and
2 photocopies.
Receipt of booking fee
Bank passbook and a photocopy of the page stating your name and bank account number This is to facilitate the refund of the booking fee to your account (if applicable)
