找到我的title,tm的差太多了,是不是表示我该跳槽了??
一看是gross 的薪水,了然了,差不多可以match,

这个是每个领域排名前25%的最低工资,如果差太多,说明还有很大的提升空间了

最郁闷的就是想跳槽,结果发现现在拿的薪水和数据差不多
我觉得不象前25百分之,更象中位数或平均数。
这个,有些是职位,而不是行业。

这个薪水算的是GROSS SALARY
而且应该是吧每个职业里面的SENIOR LEVEL也算在里面统计了
GROSS SALARY都包括什么? Varialbe Bonus / performance bonus, or even allowrance / CPF?
简单一点吧,看一下自己的税单,里面的年收入(税前)除个12
这个很正常吧,engineer做到senior 应该就5,6千了吧,你做到principle engineer 上万都正常啊
这让我想起了一个故事,一个人的住房是10平米,另外一个人是100平米,但是住房平均数是55平米。。。;P
这个统计不是平均数,而是三四分位数,如果是算平均,绝对不止这个数
75% percentile 这个有点偏低,中位数感觉差不多
camty 您做过engineer吗?Senior就6K了???!!!看来我们公司严重拖后腿啊 发表于 4 小时前我就是engineer啊,一般大公司salary range 很宽的。junior 2500-4000. senior 3500-6000 (大概估计啊,有些公司会告诉你当前grade level的salary range, 有些不会), 再往上staff, principle 更高

3rd quartile 是说 75%的比那个数低, 25% 比那个数高。 难怪那么多人反映自己的工资没达标呢,哈哈。
惨了,我的行业前25也挣得那么少。。。。。。。。怎么办好呢。

这个gross salary 是包括了bonus 了 , 比如那些financial product sales, bunk trader 都是每个季度拿 bonus 的根据performance.
我老板一年个人所得税就是30多万,不在列表里面啊。
给的是顶薪吗?
看了才知道等级是多么的卑微 ,来新五年才达到行业标准的1/3带一点点,最近正在续约,两年才给加70块,跳槽的冲动愈演愈烈,说实话,就连新加坡都不想呆了,或许我真的不适合这里吧,极度悲哀中……
有差距才有进步的空间,不然怎么和老板谈加薪啊?
从来没有和老板谈过这个问题,每次都是公司主动给我加,虽然加的不是很多,但也没有太过分,只是这次,时隔两年,已经开始申请了,才给我说给我加100,本来也不打紧,多少都无所谓,有的加就行,可今天发薪水时只发了70,给我说总部只能给加这么多,还自以为是的说70也不少了,让我甚是气愤,两年一百也加不到,给了70还觉得挺多,突然觉得自己在这里原来是这样的卑微,好说话的脾气被他们理解成这个样子?平时他那副伪善的面孔突然让我觉得很恶心……
