以上服务是在办理相关服务遇到困难是可以咨询的电子邮件。
还有一个通用的邮件：[email protected]， 任何发到这个邮箱的邮件会受到一个自动回复：

通常5个工作日内一定受到人工的回复。政府的效率还算不错。
