因为这份表的抬头是:
Long Term Visit Pass Holders
Student’s Pass Holders
后面有一段是:
As the holder of the Pass, you shall not engage in any activity, criminal or otherwise, which is inconsistent with the purpose for which the Long-Term Visit Pass/Student’s Pass* has been issued
