那个地段6万COV还行吧
最靠近的是3字头。
最近在翻新。
COV有点高，看装修吧，如果比较满意也别错过，好房子不多。
谢谢各位的回复，spirintel朋友提供的信息非常有帮助。看得出来，离地铁越近房价越高，可是地铁的噪音也是满大的。
装修上，看得出来屋主刚入住时下了不少功夫。不过屋主已经住了大约十年，所以已经显得有些旧了，但是简单装修后应当可以入住。刚听一个朋友讲，他入住二手祖屋后不久，客厅和卧室的地砖就爆裂了，重新铺很麻烦。他建议要敲一敲地砖看有没有空洞。不知道这样的情况多见吗？
电梯翻新费可能躲不掉。今天问了HDB，那一带PR大约10k左右。也许可以用这个再去和屋主砍砍价…..
