对1st time buyer的身份有些模糊不清。
当然我很清楚我目前属于1st time buyer,因为我是PR时买的转售组屋。
问题是,如果BTO交了2000元的option fee,后来又反悔,中止,那除了损失2000元,1st time buyer的身份会丧失么?
对下一次BTO有何影响?好像有个一年内不得参与BTO的说法?

Flat buyers who cancelled their applications after booking a flat from the March 2012 Sales Exercise onwards
If you book a flat from the March 2012 Build-To-Order and Sale of Balance Flats Exercises onwards and subsequently cancel the flat booking, you will have to meet a 1-year period from the date of cancellation before you can apply or be included as an essential occupier in an application for a:
new HDB flat
DBSS flat from developers
Executive Condominium unit from the developers
resale flat with CPF Housing Grant
resale flat that has been announced for SERS

呃。。确定1st time buyer的身份会丧失吗!??那等于也输了好几万的政府资助金呢!
1st timer的定义是任何有受过政府的买房资助的方式,比如购买新HDB,CPF grant等。
我本人不觉得cancel了booking就等于受过政府的资助呀 ^^
cancel了booking不等于受过政府的资助,是一年内不能享受政府的资助。一年后又恢复身份。
嗯嗯,这个我同意!限制一年内不能再申请。。当作惩罚。:)
但1st timer的身份不应该会丧失。。。所以在转售HDB还是可以以1st timer的身份申请CPF grant。

看来1st time buyer 身份应该不会丢,只是可能有1年的限制惩罚。1st time buyer身份珍贵还不在于那3万块,关键在于中的几率高。

那这个book a flat是如何界定的呢?比如,我申请,然后被抽中,去挑房子,结果没挑到满意的(也或者当时就打退堂鼓了),当然此时就没有交什么2000块option fee,这种情况会有什么影响呢?
