那个是 ica 的文字， 是说怎样才符合
而且她父母是sc 他也不可以了不可以，绝对的，如果小孩儿独立可以SC ,那年轻父母就可以跟着 PR ，然后SC ，人口问题小孩无此行为能力。必须成人才。。。和人口问题无关，1.谁说子女公民，父母就可以拿pr?
2.孩子未成年，无法为自己选择国籍，现在的选择多半是别人为他操刀，不是个人意愿，不可单独申请。那我去试试不可以 要其中一个父母是公民就可以 假如是男的当兵的时候有SAF要sponsor也是可以的。赚口水帖，无论如何他都要去试的。。。ddddd d d d都两个月了。试回来了吗？这哥们居然还在顶。。。没空,有空就去父母如果是pr可以带女儿申请公民 吧他的意思是，女儿独立申请。独立申请是不可能的吧，忽然让我想到刚刚在看的帖子那个申请pr不需要自己去，公民40天就批的帖子，也许像这种人才还是可以的。应该不可以 这种情况 你直接 写信给ICA 他们会给你回复的 你女儿才15岁 PR四年而已 以后的变数太大顶不可以。申请人资格第一条，申请者必须大于21岁。。顶了3年了，转眼就18岁了。加油！再顶3年她就能自己申请了，到时候来论坛挖坟。
