正在考虑把2岁多的女儿送到最近的一家幼儿园，助理给了一堆表格需要填写。其中一个是“CONSENT FORM BY PARENT”，有一条写：
“I shall be responsible for all medical, travelling and any other expenses incurred by the center and agree to reimburse the center all costs and expenses in connection with the medical treatment”
如果是幼儿园或老师的责任呢？难道父母也要承担所有费用吗？这个怎么读起来有点像霸王条款呢。请问大家是每一间幼儿园都会要求签这样的同意书吗？
托儿所才要签这个。
