Changes will have to be made 1 day before the appointment date. If you have either made 2 changes to your appointment date/time or missed 2 appointments, you will not be allowed to make further changes or any new appointment.

是这个意思吗？如果我定了又cancel,再去make appointment,这样算一次吗？是的应该是这个意思还有你改了两次或者错过了两次不可以重新申请！网上预约机会总共三次（包括取消或者失约），申请-取消-申请-取消-申请，OK，网上预约机会用完。。。
