为什么要求申请前30个月直到拿锁匙都不能拥有其它房产啊。没有房产住哪里啊？有谁能解释一下吗？

是不能拥有私宅吧，如果你以前住的是祖屋，再申请BTO，一点问题也没有啊^_^ 这政策似乎阻止已经拥有私宅的同学过来凑热闹，海外有房产的比较杯具^_^
