新加坡清华大讲堂系列华语讲座 中新两国房地产发展的机遇与挑战本次讲座邀请到新加坡与中国两地三位重量级专家为你剖析新加坡和中国房地产的现状与未来，为你已有的或者未来的房地产投资指明方向。他们既是新中两地房地产研究领域的顶级专家，更是新中两国政府制定政策的重要智囊。他们是：主讲嘉宾 (Speaker)：刘洪玉教授 (Prof. Liu Hongyu)：作为中国顶级房地产专家，刘洪玉教授于2013年10月29日为中南海中国最高决策层作了关于中国房地产市场与政策的主题讲解，刘教授在中国房地产领域的地位由此可见一斑。刘洪玉教授任职清华大学房地产研究所所长，恒隆房地产研究中心主任，土木水利学院副院长，住房和城乡建设部住房政策专家委员会主任委员。主要研究方向为房地产开发经营与管理，房地产经济学，住房政策，土地管理。Professor Liu Hong Yu is theassociate Dean of School of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University. He is alsothe Chairman of Specialist Committee of Housing Policy (Ministry of Housing andUrban Rural Development) and Director of Hang Lung Center for Real Estate. Hisresearch interests focus on real estate development, real estate economics,real estate investment and finance, housing policy and land administration.
