请教本地房产赠与的税如何收

赠与和转让,还有转售,所收的印花税一样吗?房产赠与还有什么费用?请大家帮忙解答,谢谢

就像买屋子一样的税,除非是遗属,税就很少。

基本上如LS所言, 但是否需要附加第二棟房, PR或外國人的額外稅,
就要去問律師較快,
其中以market value為課稅基準, 應該就有省錢的空間了吧,
有時在URA網站上看到房子售價約為正常價錢的一半,
估計就是在作轉移的動作.

楼主最好提供详细的一些的资料。例如

1。楼主身份
2。受益人身份。
3。房屋哪年买的。
4。是否还清贷款
5。还款部分是否有CPF。多少
6。受益人目前有几套房子?

以上每个问题的改变,都有不一样的答案。

另外,楼上GOOGLE 所搜索的,是今年二月最新的BSD。根据楼主条件不同,还需要较ABSD, BSD不需要考虑,都要交,问题就是交多少ABSD
