目前住公寓一间， 前阵子楼下投诉，主人房厕所房顶有水印，后来发现是我这层主人房厕所的防水层不行了， 而且浴缸那边还漏水。最后决定把厕所弄一下，目的是保证不再发生漏水的问题。 找个装修商报价S$7811，包括把浴缸敲掉，做个浴帘（应该不是那种玻璃门），铺防水层和地板砖， 还有重装个水池。下面是报价明细，大家给把把关吧， 如果不是很实在的报价，有啥好的装修商推荐吗？ 关键是不知道以后其他的厕所还要不要做， 头痛。谢谢哈。
Item Description of Works， Amount S $
1 Preliminaries Inclusive
a). Provision of public liability insurance. ($2 million)
b). Provision of workmen compensation insurance.
c). Do all necessary protections & safety measure before commencement of works.
2 Waterproofing Works
a). To hack off entire floor tiles & wall tiles thereafter dispose off site.
b). To hack off entire shower screen, long bath, WC & wash basin thereafter dispose off site.
c). To waterproof entire RC floor slab include upturn wall 3ft (H) using Davco K11 flexible cementitious waterproofing membraned To plaster affected wall using Davco 3 in 1 fine plaster.
e). To screed entire floor slab using cement & sand.
f). To lay 300mm x 300mm homogeneous non-slip floor tiles with closest matching colour/ design floor tiles.
g). To lay 300mm x 300mm ceramic wall at entire wall area with closest matching colour/ design wall tiles.
h). To install new shower screen with closest matching colour/ normal design /standard size. (1 no)
i). To install new wash basin. (1 no)
j). To install new WC. (1 no)
k). To fabricate and install new vanity top (1 no).
l). To do general cleaning upon completion of works.
m). To supply labour, materials & equipments for the above works.
Total Amount with 7% GST : $7,811.00
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
i Anything not quoted herein shall be considered as variation & will be invoiced accordingly.
ii Work will commence only upon receipts of your official confirmation.
iii We reserve the right to reject any amendments and / or omission to this quotation.
iv Payment Term: 30% upon confirmation, balance upon completion of work with no Retention.
v Warranty: 1 year against water leakage at the areas repaired only excluding conceal pipe leakage.
vi Validity 1 month thereafter prices are subjected to change without prior notice.

我还准备把我的两个洗手间重新装修一遍呢。
两个洗手间加封闭阳台7788，估计得30k
主要是觉得厕所外面吹头发什么的不方便啊 这个对安全有影响吗？ 当然厕所不是很大。。。。公寓 6-7个平方吧
5年前徹底敲掉重裝廁所，大概也是一個8000左右，現在的價錢不明，不過看起來還可以。
不過是沒有浴缸，裝了玻璃門的淋浴。
要省钱 就不撬，在现有的外面再铺，贵就是贵在 撬

我家重做两间厕所，然后做了客厅，还不到20K
我还没有做，看到上面的讲说一个洗手间敲掉重新做就7800，那么我两个就要15600，而且我要封闭阳台，上次问过了大概15千。加一起可不是要30K
仔细看了下，楼主那个确实比我家做的多点，还有包括洗手盆马桶那些，我家那些东西都是自己买的，装修商给装而已。而且我家没做Shower Screen，只是起了个herb
不过这个价位还可能会再上浮，不懂楼主的报价中砖有什么限制，我们当初选的砖比装修商包的贵，两间厕所大概又要加多几百块
基本上, 我是定在十月份做, 到时候就知道值不值这个价了.
价钱太高了，两个insurance不应该要你钱，厕所的东西把supply and install 分开。那里面应该有猫腻
要知道楼主单位的面积才可以看出报价是否合理。单看项目的细节应该没什么问题。要确保做防水当天要试水，隔天才铺地砖，很多装修商会绕过这个步骤直接铺砖。这个楼主务必注意！
