在drugstore 的付款两次都不能verify 信用卡 。
第一次用VISA, 被拒，第二次用citybank 信用卡 , 又不能通过:(。导至不能发货到VPOST.
请有经验的宝妈分析下是何原因，谢谢!
理由如下 ：As the card that was used was issued outside of the United States and we are unable to verify the required information with them
有些网站是这样的，貌似只有用他们认可的信用卡才行，上次我也是一个一个试，最后终于有一个可以，好像是UOB ONE CARD，不过有些忘记了。
应该是Drugstore吧? Drupstore没听过。

谢谢豆包妈，看来我也只好再试试其它卡了！如果一张卡第一次付款通过了，以后再用在drugstore就没问题了吧？
