现有HDB，已转公民想BTO， 很多人说可以BTO，只要领房时候现在的房子住够五年就好。
但是HDB网站上写的是现有房子一定要住够五年。不同的网站写的是resale flat bought under the CPF Housing Grant Scheme。我们的是没有grant。没在下述内容范围。 请问到底我这种情况可以BTO不？还是需要写信appeal？
Existing Owner or Ex-Owner of a Flat
You can apply for a flat if you, your spouse or any of the essential occupiers listed in the application is an existing owner or ex-owner of a:
flat bought directly from HDB,resale flat bought under the CPF Housing Grant Scheme,DBSS flat bought from the developer, orEC bought from the developer.
This is on condition that a 5-year period (excluding any period of subletting of the whole flat) has lapsed from the *date of taking possession of the existing flat to the date of application for a new flat.
转售HDB卖了，不就可以申请新的BTO了吗？早几年买的二手HDB，3年就可以出售。
