我的贷款批下来只有154千 ， 因为老公不是新加坡人，是WORK PERMIT HOLDER 。 我打去HDB希望可以APPEAL 。 然后HDB OFFICER就打来说他们可以考虑我们的APPEAL , 会电邮我需要的资料。 电邮内容是这样的：
APPEAL FOR BIGGER HDB HOUSING LOAN
We refer to your appeal for a HDB housing loan. 2 Under our current credit assessment guidelines, only applicants’ income can be considered for credit assessment for a loan. Flat occupier’s income are not taken into account for loan assessment. As your husband, is a non-citizen and can only be listed as an occupier, we are unable to consider his income for loan assessment. 3 Nevertheless, in view of your circumstances, we are prepared to seek a special approval to consider your husband’s income for loan assessment. Please let us have the documents listed in the attached Annex for our evaluation of your case。 请问有人遇过这种情况吗，机会被批准会高吗？
目前为止没有遇到过这种情况，但是信里面已经说的很明白了，赶紧交资料给HDB审查吧。
你一个人只能贷15万，额度很小，如果手头没有很多现金，2手的三方式组屋基本上也要25万以上，所以看到这封HDB的回信，我个人认为appeal还是蛮有希望的。
想问下信的意思是，他们可以考虑把我老公的薪水考虑在贷款里面对吗？ 因为怕自己读错意思。。

同问楼主appeal 成功了么? 有朋友的老婆不是PR, 所以apply loan不能加老婆的薪水， 结果不够loan.
