给HDB写appeal letter一般多久他们会回复呢？ 如题，这里有有经验的人愿意来分享一下的吗？

跟进一下，已经一个星期了，他们就回复了这么一封邮件. 他们说他们有关注我的问题，然后如果需要更多时间的话会通知我。所以我现在只是等就好了吗？

是有关HDB政策的，因为自己有特殊情况所以想要appeal
一般1星期肯定会回复。然后会转给固定的officer跟进后续
看吧， 看看faq一般多久。
我写信去SLA LDAU基本上１周有消息。
发过咨询问题的信，一周才回，而且是安慰函
前后要将近一个月吧
我是一般询问，4个工作日就收到回复。
请问你是什么样的询问用了一个月的时间才回复呢？
薪水超过12k限制，appeal waive income，为了买EC 。前后差不多1个月时间。
求各位有经验的同仁们来回答这个问题哈

这是我收到的第一封邮件，是不是他们如果有结果还会继续发邮件给我呢？ 现在如果我打电话给他们，或者再写邮件催是不是不太好？
因为毕竟我还是想要他们批准我的appeal呢
