Q33 Do I still have to serve my Service Obligation after I have obtained Singapore Permanent Residence?
Once we received updates that you have become a Singapore Permanent Resident, a release letter will be sent to you via the email account you have registered in the TGonline system. Please ensure that your email account remains valid and in use, to ensure that you can receive the emails with regard to your Service Obligation.
这是TGonline的（FAQ），我怎么看是如果得到PR是不用履行这个合约了呢？！！！求解！！！
额… 我去看了一下, 还真的是, 但是我上次email那个负责人的时候他都没有说可以release…
于是我又仔细看了一下, 这个不是说TG的, 是说Service Obligation Scheme的… 哎…

service obligation?
Yes. You are still required to serve the service obligation. You will only be released from the
Tuition Grant obligation if you have completed three years of service obligation or if you
become a Singapore Citizen.

如果申请PR就不用完成TG的话，
那PR应该在工作三年之后批准才合理。
灵灵，我打电话问了，还是要继续工作三年，把这个bond解除掉。。。我下个礼拜去更新工作情况。有什么新的情况我再跟你说。

拿公民, TG解除, 拿Pr, 不解除。
以前问过。6年的飘过。
我问他了，他说得是那个release letter是：我把我是PR的消息更新给MOE，MOE会回信说他们已经收到信息，已经了解我是PR了。我问他那release有何用？！他直接跟我说还是要履行，除非是公民。。。

那个是拿Service Obligation Scheme的, 这个是针对本地大学设立的scheme, 拿这个的话PR之后就会自动解除了.
我在二楼说了的亲~ 如果是Tuition Grant Scheme的话就是要拿公民了以后才有能解除的.

说得很清楚了，Tuition grant是拿到sc才解除的，service obligation 是拿到PR就解除了，而service obligation 是针对读master的，补助金额相对少很多。
