在申请表的第一页，有这样两段字：

第一段说可以用 iSubmit 来提交相关材料。
第二段又说要邮寄。
这是不是有点矛盾啊？
有人试过用 iSubmit 提交申请的吗？
iSubmit 怎么提交相片？也是直接扫描吗？那还不如直接手机拍一张发过去方便？
