有条例吗?
理发店？美甲店？
我去过这些组屋里的店做过头发，美甲，合法的。
新闻报道过连背包旅馆都能在组屋里开，只要访客不多或者屋子位置比较standalone不会干扰到周围居民，什么样正当生意应该都可以审请到批准
但记得条例好像说不可以开宿舍
可以申请很多正当的生意。

注册公司那种 人比较多。 不是小猫两三只。
这个我知道好像可以开的。 主要是以前的庙给组屋占领了就允许搬进里面

关键是千万不能被邻居投诉。
一般投诉的话，不论对错，总之等于你影响到组屋住户，HDB可以要求你搬走公司。
我怎么感觉这几条限制下来基本上就没法做任何生意了。不能有多的人进出，公司规模就只能5人一下了，还不能有客户上门。还不能卖实体货物。可以考虑做电子商务的office，处理订单然后打电话让仓库发货之类的。

其实只要没人投诉，你干啥都行。
在国内曾经有一段时间提出过住宅楼一律不许开公司，否则公司年审通不过。后来不知道执行的如何了。还有地方住宅楼下不允许开饭店酒吧之类的。
