2010年底当时持有s pass考下来的驾照，上面写今年12底就 expired 了，那么问题是，我要去哪里renew licences 啊？
去当时考驾照的驾校吗？还是要去陆路交通管理局？

Foreigners holding a Singapore driving licence should renew it at the Traffic Police Department one month before the licence expires. No reminder letters are sent out.
Renewal must be done in person at:
•Traffic Police Department
At: 10 Ubi Avenue 3, Singapore 408865
Open: 08:30-17:30 Mondays to Fridays, 08:30-13:00 Saturdays.
The following documents and payment are required when renewing a licence:
•Passport
•Work permit/employment pass/student pass/dependant pass, and/or other documents showing extended stay in Singapore
•Matt/semi-matt finish passport-size colour photograph on a white background
•Processing fee (cash, cashcard and nets only)
