请问HDB估价书 要交多少钱？

如题，看到网上各式各样的价钱：
有的要 181SGD， 有的 300多SGD。
中介给我的价钱 是 281.90SGD.
这个可以去哪里查到真实价钱呢？请大家帮助

每家估价公司的都不一样吧。不可能他们花180的估价费，卖你300的。
