用你的电脑操作，不要用手机。然后根据指示付钱。付完钱后就可以打印材料，然后就可以预约拿卡了。

Medical check-up is required for all applications of Visit Pass with validityof 6 months or more. This is a requirement of the Ministry of Health (MOH).The applicant will be informed of the need to go for a medical examinationat the time of the approval of the application.(Medical examination is not applicable to applicants who are below 15yo)

说明，15岁以下的不需要体检。
刚打印出来的准备资料d条要准备，我心想才三个月怎么体检啊？真闹心。可有一条d条他们明明写着要真有意思。

不过ICA网页是说明了，15岁以下的小孩，不需要。。。。不可能那么快改变政策。因为2周前我女儿去做student Pass 也是不需要的。

那一条款应该是信件通用的。。。。
不过是个好例子，可以反馈给ICA说，应该加个 （Not applicable for applicant below the age of 15 years old）要不，可能会导致误会。:)
