可以的。
注意
1)只有OWNER可以贷款,OCCUPIER不能贷款。
2)如果PR为OWNER,则无论何时,此HDB屋子不能整套出租。
3)无论谁是OWNER,MOP后,假如PR买新加坡国内的公寓。必须把HDB卖掉。
自己算一下吧,能做的,只能是PR 作OWNER,MOP后SC买公寓不用ABSD。然后出租公寓。
请问铜牌,你说可以PR为owner, SC为occupier, 然后SC买condo可以保留HDB也不用ABSD
但是我问HDB的人得到的答复是这种情况下SC为essential family members。 SC买房后仍然需要PR卖掉HDB
