以前EP时换过新加坡的驾照，5年有效期的，上面是工作准证的号码，后来拿到PR了，该怎么更新资料呢？还是要再去换个卡？有大神提供个链接吗？

New PRs who already have a 5-year Singapore driving licence will have to replace it with a lifetime driving licence that reflects their new NRIC number. Replacement of licence can be done at a fee of $25 at the Traffic Police Department at 10 Ubi Ave 3 S’pore 408865.
