apple没法提供gst form,可以自己申请GST么，现在只有invoice 谢谢

必须是在新加坡购买，而且你购买的公司必须注册了GST的才可以退税，你在apple store买的是不是直接从美国寄来的？

都不是买的人是游客身份才能退税？
很多情况都可以退税，不一定是游客，这是gst网站上的解释
You are not a Singapore citizen or permanent resident;
You spend 365 days or less in Singapore in the last 24 months before the date of purchase;You have not been, at any time, employed in Singapore in the past 6 months before the date of purchase;You are not a member of the crew of the aircraft or ship on which you are departing from Singapore;You are 16 years of age or above at the time of purchase; andIf you are a student pass holder , you must have purchase the goods in the last 4 months before the expiry of your student pass.
应该是从中国深圳寄过来的，上面都有GST
