公司的同事，拿的是EP ，她的准证是今年的9月到期，但她的护照是2018年到期
如果renew她的准证，她的新准证是会跟着她的护照到期日，还是会不管护照到期日直接给申请的年限？

因为公司的admin告诉我说是跟着护照到期日走。
我的印象好像是不会跟着护照到期日走，也不知是不是现在的规则是不是变了。

不会跟着护照走的吧，MOM 里面这么说的 “Duration of Renew an Employment Pass Up to 3 years. The duration of the renewed pass is not affected by the length of validity of your passport.”
