请问各位前辈，只有我自己申请SC，老婆不申请SC，她也要去ICA面试么？她在国内不在坡，是否可以远程面试呢？

8) Applications can be submitted online or in-person. Both the applicant and his/her spouse must be present for aninterview.
a) Online: Go to Electronic Singapore Citizenship (e-SC) Application system athttps://esc.ica.gov.sg/esc/index.do. The applicant will be asked to select an appointment date after submittingthe e-SC application;
orb) In-person: You must make an appointment to submit the completed application form and supportingdocuments at Citizenship Unit, Level 6, ICA Building. Go to Electronic Appointment Booking system athttps://eappointment.ica.gov.sg/ibook/index.dot to select your preferred date and time.
9) Application by post or without prior appointment will not be accepted.

今天申请，我虽然跟去了，但全程没事；我老公上司前两年申请时，老婆直接就没去。
条例没细看，看条例是该去的，但我们周围单人申请的配偶不去的居多，配偶去的都是一起申请的。应该没关系吧。
我个人看法是，这个条例针对的是夫妻一起申请，或需要担保人的申请。根据以往看到的情况，夫妻一方不申请的不需要去，只要提供材料就好了。
不过今年七月刚去提交申请，不申请的那方不需要去，但是资料全都要。
