时间有点尴尬，PR批了，中国驾照到期了， 除非过年回去换中国新的驾照然后回国后办PR，是不是办理了PR之后就不能把中国驾照换为新加坡驾照了？

这个网站说了New Singapore citizens and PRs must convert their foreign driving licences within 3 months of obtaining citizenship or PR status. 所以我还是可以先办理PR，回国续驾照然后回来办理转驾照的吧？
