BTO首付,付现金还是CPF?

BTO首付,需要付5万左右,请大家帮忙分析一下,是付 Cash 还是 CPF 划算?谢谢。

能用cpf干嘛不用cpf? 除非cash太多花不完。。。


这个要看你自己的需求。如果你能拿现金投资超过cpf的利息,那么就用cpf,保留现金投资。如果你现金在手上也不知道干啥,只能存银行,那还是保留cpf,至少利息高一点。


谢谢,手上有点现金,但也不懂什么投资。所以才在纠结。


我也是这想法,但我老公倾向于用cash,因为没什么投资,目前也只能存银行。

有现金就付现金吧


Bto不会管你的首付问题,Hdb会把你的Cpf扣到完为止,即使你给了现金。


啊?就是HDB不同意全部给现金,一定要扣完CPF是吗?


HDB Loan一定要先把CPF扣完~~~要是想多给现金,可以申请银行贷款。。。

好奇一下。楼主的bto买在什么地方?
10%的首付付5w,房子本身就是50w?或者under 30,首付5%,房子本身100w?是个高大上的地方吧?
