马上要renew REP，刚刚从ICA网站看到：
“Processing Time
Most applications can be processed within one (1) working day. For SPRs who are currently not in Singapore, the outcome of the applications will be made known to the applicants within five (5) working days. ”
意思是在新加坡境内renew和在新加坡境外renew所需要的processing time不一样？是不是我回来再renew online好一点？
回来renew会好一点。。。
但是主要决定权还是在renew之前你是否持续在新加坡工作，如果没有工作，回来renew和境外结果差不多。。。
who are currently not in Singapore，这句话不能简单的理解为人现在是不是在新加坡境内。如果申请人在新加坡工作生活，只不过去国外出差几天，这种情况下online renew，和人在新加坡境内应该是同等情况。
not in Singapore，应该是不在新加坡生活工作居住的情况。
不要误解我的意思。。。如果你一直在境外，不成功就是不成功。。。之所以有分别的原因是，如果不成功，你可以在境内appeal，因为入境了，rep不成功还有机会挽救，如果在境外，rep过期了又renew不到的话，连入境都只能用旅游签证。。。
并不是说，入境renew成功几率比境外高。。。
