新加坡一年的contract职位可以提前提前离职吗

我前几天签了个one year fixed contract职位的软件工程师,想了解一下如果公司不好,自己想在一年过期前想离职可以吗,需要怎么做,会有什么样的惩罚? 求问一下论坛的大大。


你的合同条款有写明吗?


是可以离职的,不过要提前一个月通知。


合同上没写,有写着在这一年过后,可以工作到双方提前一个月提出解约

合同上是这么写的: 有谁帮忙解释下吗

The Employment shall continue for a fixed term of ONE (1) year from the commence
date. After the expiry of the fixed term, the Employment shall continue until
terminated by either party giving to the other not less than ONE (1) months prior
written notice or payment of salary (excluding all other benefits to which he/her is or
may be entitled) in lieu of notice.


合同上是这么写的:

The termination of the Employment under this clause shall be without prejudice to
any right of action by either party in respect of any antecedent breach by the other
party of the terms of this Agreement.


老老实实做完。


本人就是今年5月在keppel 签了一年合约,然后我做到第4个月找到新工作就递信了。不过需要做满一个月notice period。合约是不会注明违约需要交罚金的。一般是公司叫你走,赔你一个月,还是提前一个月通知你。
不然就是你自己辞职,你赔一个月给公司,还是你做满一个月给他。
