补交资料后，变withdraw是啥情况

appeal pending 一年半后10月初ica要求补资料，现在status变withdraw是什么情况？

Withdrawn is different from Rejected.
说明ICA要求你重新申请。

比如说让谁担保谁

Status已重新变回pending，申请日期和ref no都换掉了
