一不小心错过了报名做义工的时间，家离着学校2公里左右吧，上次去问说只有一公里的才可以抽签，想问问可以在附近租个房子住吗？这样可以参加抽签了吗？

参与抽签的顺序是
先是公民，pr，然后才是
1，1公里内住30个月
2，2公里内住30个月
3，2公里以外

可以。抽签抽中了住30各月。报名前1，2个月搬家就可以。
如果因为某住址而拿到小学入学名额，那需要在此住址住至少30个月，而这30个月是从小学报名日那天算起，比如今年报名18年入学的，从17年6月29号算起居住至少30个月，而不是报名前住满30个月。
In a small number of cases, there may be situations where the families are unable to remain at the address used for registration for the entire duration of the child’s primary school studies. Even so, a child who gains priority admission into a school through his/her distance category is required to reside at the address used for registration for at least 30 months from the commencement of the Primary One Registration Exercise on 29 June 2017. If this condition is not met, MOE reserves the right to transfer the child to another school with vacancies, as the priority admission to the first school was based on the declared address used for registration.
