大家好,由于家人生病需要照顾,家中独子。去年初只能回国发展了,马上房子满5年了,想整套租出去。看了HDB 信息,租房期间若是屋主在海外,需要什么委托书,这个怎么办理?多谢大家指教
去律师楼办理一个授权POA (power of attorney),委托给制定的代理人就可以了

网上搜索新加坡做这个的律师,你按他们指示的做就可以。他们一般会准备好文件,你签了后,快递给他们,他们就会去高庭处理好。

You must obtain our approval before you rent out your flat. You can submit your application through one of these channels:

Complete the application form (with Annex A or Annex B ) and post it to the HDB Branch managing your flat. Before submitting the application, read and familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions for renting out of flat.
An administrative fee of $20 applies for each application.
If the flat owner is overseas during the rental period, a certified true copy of the Power of Attorney must be lodged with the High Court and submitted with the application. Please consult your solicitor to prepare the Power of Attorney according to our standard format.
You must notify us of any changes in the rental within 7 days of its occurrence. These include changes to your tenants’ particulars or if your tenants move out of the flat. For the inclusion of new tenants, you must obtain HDB’s approval for the change of tenants before they can move into the flat.
The renewal of an existing approval to rent out a flat is considered a new application, and will be assessed according to the policies and regulations.
这的确是不得已要回国的缘由。有同事也是这种情况回国发展。
毕竟天朝上国素质要高很多,不至于像一些发达国家,四五成的老头老太就算有房,还得在外面积极参与服务业锻炼身体,让外国游客大涨见识,就不要说生病得到照顾了。

找一个委托人,拿他的NRIC。然后办理POA。
律师楼可以帮你出文件,需要你在国内公证处或者新加坡使馆在文件上签字,再寄回来给律师,律师就能帮你做好文件。
有效期5-6年。
找律师, 做个委托书, 委托一个朋友, 这样他签字就相当于你签字一样. 就可以委托你朋友做出租的事情的.
