专业证书在申请的在线系统里面是一个必填选项，必须要上传PDF或者JPEG文档。
但是如果申请人没有获取过什么专业证书怎么办？能用学位证书代替么？

Submission of PR application is done via the Electronic Permanent Residence (e-PR) system. Whencompleting the online application form, “NA” must be keyed in for fields that are not applicable. ICA网页找到的。

我试试直接用学位证书。
我的理解是：到时候交材料，和 收材料的说一声
现在都是网上申请啊。不需要提交hard copy的材料了吧。

几年前申请过被拒了，那时候还是提交纸质版的材料。现在改了，softcopy就可以。
