我是不是签的假配套，我家没签时候平均电费70左右、我签的固定配套的现在电费涨到八九十每月，基本跟以前用电量差不多电费却比以前贵了
好像他们的电还是从SP那边供应的电费也是SP算出来的，有明白的大神能解释一下吗？
我的理解是SP其实是个输电企业，管理电网的。但是了当然可能他还有自己的发电厂。比如什么Tuas Power 之类的就是发电企业。他们以前只是把电卖给SP， 现在政府允许个人直接和发电企业买电了，至于电从发电厂出来到个人用户之间产生的电网的费用，由发电厂和电网结算。
SP 类似于国内的国家电网， Tuas Power 之类的类似一国能的华能，大唐等发电企业。
你换了供电商以后，理论上电费发票由供电商出，但是也不排除有的和SP合作SP代收的。
另外对于那个划算还是在于两个点：1。你对将来能源价格，特别是天然气的走势的判断，究竟是涨还是跌，2 .就是你所能承受的风险。 当然所有的前提都是你家不是每个月几千度的耗电量了。
如果你认为走势不好说，那你就买浮动的。
你选的哪家，什么配套？

SP services的账单是两个月抄表一次，其中一个月水电费是估算的。所以每月账单有时会差别比较大。

作为常用空调的用户。。这个还是挺有吸引力的。最近我们区开放注册，一下子来了很多商家在推荐，价钱都差不多。
但说实话真的是太多选择了，了解一下一共有13间进来到底怎么选是个大问题。昨天还有点犹豫，今天果断自己网上搞定了。我的出发点是公司不要倒就好，所以选了间后台比较靠铺的。具体就不推荐了，大家自己看吧。网上15分钟搞定，需要SP的账号和IC正反复印件。就是每月会多一间公司多一个账单了，我选的那间支持credit card recurring, 也是注册就搞定了。第一次需要押金，我的那间60。
