OPTION A: 3 YEARS FIXED (3 YEARS PENALTY PERIOD) – PLEASE SUBMIT DOCUMENTS LATEST BY 20 AUGUST 2019
Yr 1: 1.89% (Fixed)
Yr 2: 2.18% (Fixed)
Yr 3: 2.18% (Fixed)
Thereafter: 2.18% (ML + 1.33%)
Mortgage Loan Rate(“ML”) = 0.85% p.a. (subject to changes)
Partial Redemption Penalty:
1.50% on prepaid amount within 3 years from date of conversion.
Partial Prepayment is subject to 1 month written notice.
Full Redemption Penalty:
1.50% on redeemed amount within 3 years from date of conversion.
However, if the loan is fully redeemed due to sale
of property, borrower is eligible for waiver of prepayment fee.
Full redemption is subject to 3 months written notice.
OPTION B: 2 YEARS FLOATING (2 YEARS PENALTY PERIOD) – PLEASE SUBMIT DOCUMENTS LATEST BY 20 AUGUST 2019
Yr 1: 2.08% (ML + 1.23%)
Yr 2: 2.08% (ML + 1.23%)
Yr 3: 2.08% (ML + 1.23%)
Thereafter: 2.08% (ML + 1.23%)
Mortgage Loan Rate(“ML”) = 0.85% p.a. (subject to changes)

Nil.
However, if loan outstanding fall below $200,000 after partial prepayment within 2 years from date of conversion, a penalty fee of 1.50% on prepaid amount will be imposed.

Full Redemption Penalty:
1.50% on redeemed amount within 2 years from date of conversion.
Full redemption is subject to 3 months written notice.
我会选浮动2.08%/2yrs。感觉经济不好,利率会进一步降低。美国国债收益率已经到挂了吧。网上看到的,吃瓜群众不懂那么多。方便pm这是哪家银行的还有联系方式吗?谢谢
