求助 Medical certificate of birth issued by the hospital

女儿申请公民  出生公正已经提交给ICA 了。现在ICA  要求提供Medical certificate of birth issued by the hospital
请问这个是不是国内的出生医学证明啊？？ 有经验的朋友帮帮忙。。。 万分感谢
