请教各位，我的儿子目前是PR,虽然是在新加坡出生但是在出生时父母还不是PR，这种情况是不是不能通过P1-IS 报名系统报名，只能通过这周四的online form方式报名。看网站报名说明是这样，但事关孩子读书问题，没经验，也比较重要，所以不放心还是再来问下确认，感谢！

2C 阶段报名确实是有区分的，孩子出生时父母亲是否PR或是SC报名方式不同，谢谢！

求教，按孩子出生时父母身份在2C报名还区别，很奇怪。
晓林知道的是：2C报名看父母报名时的身份和孩子的身份。还要再看追查孩子在出生时的身份和出生当时父母身份？？这不仅是一种歧视，也是教育部在给自己找麻烦啊。。。
确实是，2C 有两种报名方式，第一种P1-IS系统报名，满足两个条件，有新加坡的出生纸和父母均是PR/SC在孩子出生时。第二种online form 报名，孩子是PR就可以报。两张报名方式差一天
明白了，只是报名时电子文件需求不同，所以差一天，但最后在录取时都在2C，没有差别。
