Youtube疯传，20万点击率，大巴窑My first skool的老师暴力行为致使学生骨裂事件。
昨日新闻已报导：
该老师16年经验，09年起在该学校兼职至今。
两点很耀眼：
一是家长返回学校要求观看监控录像，监控录像还在，允许播放并任由家长录像；
二是该老师已被依法逮捕，并非开除并宣告此人是临时工了事。

老师，作为一种神圣的职业，“师德”应该是最重要的，
涉及此事件的这位老师的所作所为显然有悖师德，丧失了作为一位老师最基本的要求，理应接受严惩。
再次谴责暴力，尤其是施暴对象是小孩子。
此学校的危机处理很迅速，该老师被迅速开除并逮捕。
高层快速召开记者会，表现诚恳、坦白、歉疚，公关方面是高手。
