感觉报价复合地板和overlay地砖比我的便宜不少。
我也不懂多少，我可以给你看我房子的图。我会把客厅和厨房之间的墙打掉然后做全透明玻璃门。
这个是我设计的，可以看到客厅变大了。
按照你的房型图大概算了一下，地板报价确实比我的低一点
我的那个损耗面积算很多。。。
其他项没怎么做，没法比较。这个还是要综合考虑。

我觉得不算贵，至少比我的便宜多了。
那个GST，如果是ID公司是很难waive掉的。
我也觉得不算贵，木工算尺寸的话比我的便宜不少呢，而且你这个还有好几项是F.O.C的
不过要注意地砖，不知道包到几块钱的？地砖要用好的，如果你去选的话可能会选贵过他们包的价格，我家的厕所墙砖地砖全部重铺，两间厕所加起来可能要多付500块
这家公司没有hdb register,可是公司有gst register。他们的公司开不到3年而已。你看看怎样

借地问一声有经验的人。装修商报价是不是领他们到现场看屋子以后，装修商根据你的要求才给你报价的对吗？我看到很多人找过几家装修商询价什么的，难道一家家带过去看的吗？如果是，那不是要很多次麻烦前屋主？先谢！
连吊顶居然都可以FOC，而且木工也很便宜。。
