各位麻烦帮忙看看，本人已入籍，女朋友是WP，中间申请过SP被拒。由于家里有事情，准备回国待一段时间（她割掉WP）。
我和女朋友是同一个城市的人，所以就准备回国领证，等过一段时间再回来，这样也必须要拿到MOM的批准才能结婚吗？
WP就这么受歧视的吗？
取消了回国注册不用申请。。。
PS：最后一句很多余。。。若不在意，不会这么问。。。
她都取消回国了，还申请虾米？
我之前看到的帖子上面有讲到，由于她是WP，就算取消了，MOM那里也是有底的，因为考虑到她再次回来拿LTVP，所以才有顾虑。
可是之前看到有人说只要是拿过WP的如果要和新加坡人或者PR结婚都必须要向MOM申请
所以，如果以后还打算让老婆过来新加坡最好还是问清楚
但是如果再回来申请LTVP呢？因为回去是短暂的一段时间，以后还是要回来新加坡发展的

你们是在WP取消后结婚的，之后她拿什么准证，不会受这个影响的。
应该不用割掉，通知一下MOM，就可以在这里结婚了。你没有想过，你都入籍了，还回国结婚干吗？

MOM网站上面有些，需要申请
家里有事需要回去一段时间，这边申请再加上排队至少要4个月呢。我回去也不是仅仅1两个月的事情。所以才会选择回国注册。
看有人说过的，只要拿过WP的人和新加坡人结婚必须要向MOM申请，我也觉得很不合理，所以来看看大家的意见。

WP结婚是要申请啊，而且没案底一般都批准的。
但是你女朋友是取消WP以后跟你结婚，又没违规，对以后申请LTVP完全没影响

Why do I have to get approval from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to marry a Singapore Citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident?
Current or former work permit holders have to approach the Ministry of Manpower and obtain approval, if necessary to ensure their application to register a marriage does not contravene any part of the work permit conditions.
Please refer to the Ministry of Manpower for more information, including consequences if work permit conditions are contravened.
记错了，是在ROM的网站上面看见的，但是这个是在新加坡注册结婚。你们回国注册不知道还适用不适用这个条例。
实在不放心就打去人力部咨询下吧。
很简单，已经决定以后要回来新加坡的，为何不去报备呢？无论如何以后都会知道她是wp身份，现在申请也不费啥事，也一定批，为何不做呢？
只要拿过WP的人，想在新加坡和pr或者新加坡人结婚就要向mom申请的~

A Singaporean who is desirous of marrying a work permit/ex-work permit holder is required to seek the prior approval of the Controller of Work Permits before contracting marriage in Singapore or elsewhere. If approval is granted, the couple can then call personally at the Singapore Registry of Marriages with their identity card/passport, birth certificate and the approval letter to file the required 21 day notice of marriage. Solemnization of the marriage can be effected after the expiration of 21 days but before the expiration of 3 months from the date of the notice of marriage. 为什么对WP要这样啊？结个婚都这么麻烦~实在想不通~

很简单的，打个电话给MOM，和他们说你们要结婚。他会问你和你老婆的身份证号码……然后没几天就会寄封信给你。告诉你可以和她结婚并且她可以在新加坡生孩子。我当年就是这样做的。另外，为什么要回中国注册。你已经是外国人了，会很麻烦的。这边比较好，政府认同的。还不需要在国内开公正书……
虽然等待排期有点长，但我认为还是这里登记吧，毕竟你们以后还是要回来的。如果回去登记，以后一堆文件又要公证了，何必找麻烦呢。反正都是夫妻了，也不差等多一两月在这里登记吧。
不是歧视，不过是对公民的保护，如果你不打算去向mom申请，你可能根本都申请不到老婆的签证以及以后的一切，甚至你们的婚姻都不被新加坡承认。

回楼主。不想等三四个月排期结婚。你可以约见证官出来按你时间的。到时要给个红包意思意思给见证官。你可以上rom看具体怎样请就好。
